TRAITOR’S BLADE by Sebastien de Castell
Last month I read and absolutely love, love loved I devoured it in so short of time it almost makes me cry with how quickly it was over. It’s pretty much like The Three Musketeers but fantasy – with lots of snark, tons of sword fighting but with a dark edge to it that can still jerk your heart. I can’t recommend it enough. I even have an interview with the author coming up in about a week! I hope one of you will enjoy it!

WRITTEN IN RED by Anne Bishop
another one that I couldn’t put down. It was urban fantasy just the way I like it. Gritty, dark and yet with touches of human and oo ahh moments that made my heart ache. And there is a blood prophet, a sexy werewolf and lots of other cool races of ‘others’.

LOVE MINUS EIGHTY by Will McIntosh
This is one of my go to books that I recommend to people when they want a rec from me. Its modern technology meets dating and relationship and there is a cryogenic dating center. How cool is that? If you want a comparison – I feel like that movie LOVE ACTUALLY is a good way to think about this – it features a group of people and how all of their lives interconnect and follows each of them. Mainly how they are all tied together because of one lady being in the cyrogenic dating farm.

I’ve keep eyeing Written in Red. I don’t read much urban fantasy, but this one sounds like one I would enjoy. And TRAITORS BLADE! Definitely deserves a spot on this list. Such a fun book 🙂
