Art it Up! is a weekly feature hosted by Tabitha @ Not Yet Read. It is dedicated to showcasing our Art. It could be inspired by a book or some other entertainment media or even just whatever artistic thing you’ve done that week. Break out those dusty art supplies!

This week’s art
This is a recap of the highlights from my Drawlloween and Inktober challenges I participated in during October. I didn’t include everything – you’d have to check out my instagram for that. But I hope you enjoy looking through it – I had a blast and made so many awesome artist friends! I’m trading quite a bit of my art with other artists but whatever is left after will go up in my etsy shop after the craft fairs are over. If you see something you want to buy holler to me fast!~
You can see lots more of my daily doodles over on my instagram! Remember if you decide to participate via Twitter or Instagram please use #ArtitUp so we can all checkout your doodles!
Another Art Supply Haul!
You don’t even want to know how many little art supplies I buy on a weekly basis. As I peruse instagram I see other artists using this or that and I go ooo I need to give that a try so I order it or I rush out to blick or michael’s and I buy it. I have been hugely into my watercolor painting and inks this month because of the drawing art challenges and because of that I realized I needed BETTER watercolor paper. And some more fabulous brushes….and also some brush pens in flesh tones….anyhow I bought a bunch – and I lost the picture to share with you guys LOL
This Week’s Crafty AGGRAVATION!
Ink stains….all over my fingers….paint that goes outside the lines….going to the craft store and them telling you they have “one in stock” but you and the shop clerk can’t find it anywhere…thinking something is on sale and it really isn’t (you tricky tricksters you)….doing a concept sketch and it turning out great and then sketching the actual peice onto “good” paper and not liking that sketch as much as the first! I’ve been doing way more art so hence had a number of tiny setbacks or “oh i should save this for my aggravation section this week”
